This policy explains how Video Factory ("we"), operated by Ecomlink, handles information when a YouTube channel owner connects a channel.
When you sign in with Google we request access to: upload videos to your YouTube channel (youtube.upload), manage your videos, thumbnails and scheduling (youtube.force-ssl), and read basic channel information such as channel name, ID and subscriber count (youtube.readonly).
We use this access only to upload, schedule and manage the videos that Video Factory produces for your channel, and to show your channel's status in our dashboard. We do not read private messages, comments or viewer data, and we do not sell or share your data with anyone.
Your access token is stored encrypted as a private secret in our build system and is only used by our own servers. Finished videos are kept in our private backup storage for up to 7 days.
Video Factory's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Use of YouTube data is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
You can revoke access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. To delete your stored token and channel settings, email us and we will delete them within 7 days.
